Your love and resilience as a parent will shine through on every visit.  No obstacle will stand in the way of creating meaningful memories with your child.

 

Payments
  • Fees must be paid 48 hours in advance by the responsible party listed in the court order.
  • Payments accepted via Cash App. No cash payment accepted.
  • Supervised visitation fee: $50/hour (2-hour minimum).
  • Travel fee: Federal mileage rate applies for visits outside the county of residence.
Vistation Fees
  • Intake: $50 ($25 per child), includes review and in-person interview. No refunds on cases SVO refuses.
  • Supervised Visitation Fee:

    $50/hour for 1–2 children

    $100/hour for 3–4 children

  • Penalties & Additional Fees:

    Late fee: $2/minute (based on lateness).

    No-show/cancellation (48 hrs): Full cost of service.

    Reports request: $50

    Print & mail service: $10 per occurrence (if email delivery not possible).

Holiday Fees
  •  $95/hour (subject to availability) on the following holidays:

    New Year's Eve & Day (Dec. 31, Jan. 1)

    Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Jan., 3rd Monday)

    President’s Day (Feb., 3rd Monday)

    Memorial Day (May, last Monday)

     Independence Day (July 3,- 5)

     Labor Day (Sept., 1st Monday)

    Columbus Day (Oct., 2nd Monday)

    Veteran’s Day (Nov. 11, Friday or Monday)

    Thanksgiving (Nov., 4th Thursday + Wed before &; Fri after)

    Christmas (Dec. 24, 25, 26)

Legal & Court Related Fees

Legal & Court-Related Fees

  • Consultations: $50/hour, billed in 15-min increments. Payable by next visit or within 7
    calendar days.
  • Written reports: $50/hour, billed in 15-min increments (Court summary, agency
    report, termination notice, etc.).
  • Court appearance:
    • $350 per 4-hour block per monitor.
    • $50/hour prep time, billed in 15-min increments.
    • $50/hour travel time, billed in 15-min increments.
    • Each parent covers their own attorney/representative fees.
    • The party requesting the monitor pays court appearance fees.
    • If speaking with a mediator, both parents split the cost equally.
