Payments
- Fees must be paid 1 week in advance of each visit by the responsible party listed in the court order.
- No cash payment accepted. Clients can be invoiced weekly or monthly.
- Supervised visitation fee: $50/hour (2-hour minimum) for up to 2 children.
- Travel fee: Federal mileage rate applies for remote visits determined on an individual basis.
- Late appointment fee-$2.00 per minute will be charged for excessive lateness.
- Report Request: $80/request to be paid by the requesting party before delivery include all reports to date of request
- Court Appearance: $350 per half day. Owner will testify in all court appearances.
- Phone consult: attorneys, therapists, judges, etc. -$60/hr billed by the minute.
Vistation Fees
- Intake: $160 Includes intake, review and interview. No refunds
- Supervised Visitation Fee:
$50/hour for 1–2 children
$100/hour for 3–4 children
- Penalties & Additional Fees:
Late fee: $2/minute (based on lateness).
No-show/cancellation (48 hrs): Full cost of service.
Reports request: $50
Print & mail service: $10 per occurrence (if email delivery not possible).

$95/hour (subject to availability) on the following holidays:

- Consultations: Clients, GAL, attorneys $60/hour, billed in 1-min increments. Payable by next visit or within 7
calendar days. - Written reports: $100 per group of reports that reflect all visits up to day requested (Court summary, agency
report, termination notice, etc.). - Court appearance:
- $350 per 4-hour block per monitor.
- Each parent covers their own attorney/representative and travel fees.
- The party requesting the monitor pays court appearance fees.
- If speaking with a mediator, both parents split the cost equally.
